In the Leadership Forum – Milan
I will be talking about Leadership and Corporate Culture. New behavioral patterns for developing more authentic leadership and transforming corporate culture from a scientific, psychological and humanistic point of view.
I am looking forward to joining you on October 26 and 27 for the Leadership Forum in Milan. It is truly an honor to share the stage with people I admire like Marc Randolph, Netflix Co-founder and first CEO; Daniel Pink, author of the best-selling book Drive; and Charles Duhigg, editor of New Yorker Magazine, among others.
We face one of the most uncertain times in human history and leaders like you are more important than ever. Yet, true leaders are in short supply. I believe that the way forward to solve this crisis is authenticity.
There is a new model of leadership that moves beyond transactional to transformational authentic leadership. You will learn about the fascinating research behind this new model that I have called the 3 Hs of Authentic Leadership: Heart, Habit and Harmony with huge implications for managers and entrepreneur in search of inspiration, innovation and inclusion.
My goal is to give you a new set of psychological insights to reading people and corporate culture as well as tools and takeaways that help you think, act and interact authentically in business and all areas of your life.
