As a result, the business world has become more sceptical of formal rules and increasingly reliant on personal relationships.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>I\u2019m not advocating that you simply copy the style of other great leaders. Rather, I\u2019m talking about looking inside yourself to discover the <strong>heart <\/strong>of your authentic style and then using your passion to motivate your employees. Furthermore, you should be looking outward for feedback to reinvent yourself and make learning a <strong>habit<\/strong>; and looking after your employees to strive for <strong>harmony<\/strong> so that they can shine. I think of this as the \u201c3 H\u2019s of Authentic Leadership\u201d: Heart, Habit, and Harmony.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>To become an authentic leader, you don\u00b4t need to fall into the mentality of a super-hero.
