It comes from people.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, leaders need more than technical skills. A leader who knows how humans think, feel, and connect will outperform any algorithm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The 3H Model: Heart, Habit, and Harmony<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.margaritamayo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/the-3h-heart-habit-harmony-margaritamayo-com.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11728\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.margaritamayo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/the-3h-heart-habit-harmony-margaritamayo-com.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.margaritamayo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/the-3h-heart-habit-harmony-margaritamayo-com-300x150.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.margaritamayo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/the-3h-heart-habit-harmony-margaritamayo-com-768x384.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.margaritamayo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/the-3h-heart-habit-harmony-margaritamayo-com-670x335.jpg 670w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In my keynote, I shared my human-centered leadership framework\u2014the <strong>3H Model<\/strong>, three levers every leader needs to activate to build trust and sustainable impact:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udd34<\/strong><strong> 1. Heart \u2013 Emotions that Create Connection<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Leading with heart is not about being nice or soft.<br>It\u2019s about being <em>human<\/em>: listening deeply, showing empathy, and creating psychological safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trust begins when leaders dare to be real\u2014acknowledging mistakes, sharing learnings, and inviting others to do the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udfe2<\/strong><strong> 2. Habit \u2013 Mindsets that Shape Behavior<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We don\u2019t lead through intentions; we lead through habits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Habits shape our ability to adapt, navigate conflict, and respond to uncertainty.<br>Thinking like a scientist\u2014as Adam Grant suggests\u2014means questioning assumptions, seeking evidence, and staying open to new possibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leaders who cultivate learning habits create cultures that grow stronger with every challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udfe1<\/strong><strong> 3.
