Inc. magazine focused on the emotional aspect of my recent study on how men and women interpret feedback differently. Justin Bariso ( @justinjbariso ) discusses how, for example, if you are greatly influenced by peer feedback, like the women in my study, you can take advantage of this strength by identifing your blind spots and work to improve them. On the other hand, if you overestimate your leadership abilities, like the men in the study, you can maintain a positive view in the midst of  negativity that gives you courage to move forward.
